We ship all products in bubble wrap, however in rare circumstances, items may get damaged due to courier service. Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and whatsapp to 010 2288 146 so we can resolve this with you.

RETURN POLICY

Items bought are not eligible for return and exchange. 

If the item(s) damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/colour/etc, you can send it back to us. Kindly inform Customer Service within 3 days from the date of received, otherwise the request will not be processed.

Return must be made within 5 days from date of received together with their original box. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. Please attach the shipping label that we provided on the return parcel.
